Team Manager (aka: TM)
The position of a teammanger is not very common and their tasks differ from each other in many cases. Managers are often also referred to as Community Coordinators or Team Leaders. Mostly they are guiding internal projects, instructing/coaching new admins and leading the whole team or rather build the team. They have to be at least 18 years old.
Game Administrators (aka: GAs)
Game Administrators are the highest instance on every game. A Gameadmin has to coordinate the team, their tasks, their work. He is responsible for Bug-Reports, team build up, passing informations from the GF to the Users, taking care of the availability of the game and its offers and many more. An Admin has to be at least 18 years old. He is responsible for his team and should be a friendly helper, a good advisor and a reliable contact.
Super GameMaster (aka: SGM)
The SuperGameMastar (SGM) coach and supervise GMs in their areas of responsibillity. They have to make sure that the GMs who are assigned to them, are doing there jobs and handle problems in an adequate way. Furthermore they should help GMs and Trials in case of questions and obscurity. The specific Super Game Master should will look into a situation in case of complaints about a Game Masters who is assigned to them. Super Game Masters have to be at least 18 years old.
Game Operators (aka: GOs)
The GameMasters (GM) are similiar to the Mods. They take care of the server they are assigned to and should be the first contact person for players to report rule violations and to ask for help. They are banning users, taking care of insults, sharings, multis, bashing and make sure everybody plays accordingly to the rules.
GMs have to be 18 years old without exception because of their acces to the game and their knowledge about private user datas like Ips and emails. A GM shouldnt get access to the Admin Tool until his data protection is confirmed by a employee of the GameForge Community Management.

Board Administrators (aka: BAs)
Board Administrators are the highest instance on every board. They have to coordinate the boardteam, keep informations up to date, inform the community about the different news of the daily game life and many more. Board Admins should always try to make sure that a availability of the board as the importanst support contact point is guaranteed. Admins have a high responsibility on every board – they are the head of their teams and an important contact for the users. They have to be at least 18 years old.
Super Moderators (aka: Smods)
The SuperModerators (SMods) are supervising and coaching Moderators and Trials. They are the first contact for moderators concerning questions, problems with users and for users concerning dissatisfaction with the work of a moderator. Most of the Smods have moderator rights on all boardsections, sometimes they have acces to so called Admintools“ like Mantis or notify or are able to add announcements on their boards. SMods should be at least 18 years old
Moderators (aka: Mods)
Moderators (Mods) are the persons who are working directly at the front. They are answering questions, closing treads, keeping informations up to date, enforcing the board rules, helping new users and taking care for the players at the board in general. Moderators have to be at least 16 years old, 18 is appreciated. Private informations like IPs etc should not be visible for them. Whether a moderator should be able to ban users from the forum is up to the team, but is not common.
